Medical Devices: | Marine Industry: | We have worked closely with the worlds leading suppliers of medical devices. We have designed and manufactured items ranging from consumables such as Teflon cups and titanium tubes to stainless steel clean room production aides, jigs and fixtures. We actively work with our customers in the spirit of strategic partnership. This has enabled us to introduce problem solving initiatives for one of our customers which has resulted in a 200% increase in their output from one of their existing production tools. We have also brought our skills and experience to the table for this customer to reconfigure high value precision one off components to bring them back into specification, to extremely tight tolerances, thus saving them further investments in production. | We have used our problem solving skills to address an issue which a Marine Industry based company had been struggling with for over several years. Through our initial meeting and consultation meeting with this customer we were able to draw on our experience to redesign and manufacture the casing for an underwater, deep sea sediment camera which enabled this customer to undertake valued research in the field of marine pollution. | Oil Industry: | Stationary Industry: | We worked closely with a large American based MNC who were experiencing serious quality and design issues with the products which were used on the Elf Oil rigs. With a lead time of just 14 days we were able to completely re-design and mass produce a precision folded anodized clip solved the inherent design flaw of that sensor. This clip has been used by this customer in their rigs world wide. | In addition to problem solving; we also work closely with our customers to reduce their set up and production times and to maximize their quality output. We were able to do this very successfully for a Belgium based customer who is a MNC producing products for the stationary industry. We designed an adjustable, multi-staged progression tool for them to produce 4 different sized products in the one dye set. The effect of this was to reduce their tooling costs by 75%. Following the successful design of this tool, we were asked to take on the management of the mass production of the items produced by this tool. | In all of these cases we have worked very closely with our customers and have listened to their individual needs and particular problems. We have used our innovation, our skills and our experience to devise a customized solution which meets their needs.
